I need some software for: Condition Survey Report Generator App to provide: Building details to be input: Name: Client: Date: Introduction to input: Will be pre written but the user will need to amend to suit. Fire Compliance issues identified: This should provide a drop down box with the following headings: • Fire Detection and Warning • Emergency Lighting • Fire Doors • Travel distance • Passive Fire Safety • Means of Escape and Emergency Exits Each Heading should then provide a choice of Issues to be selected, an option should be available to “add an issue” (once an issue has been added it should then be available to all users for selection) Each issue should be able to be amended by the user to suit and if selected will have the capacity to add a photograph and provide the following on the report: Preferred Option A predesignated option for each issue will be created here – this should be able to be amended by the user to suit. Alternative Option A predesignated option for each issue will be created here – this should be able to be amended by the user to suit Negative impact of not carrying out this work: Predesignated answers will be provided for each issue Benefits to carrying out this work via the preferred option Predesignated answers will be provided for each issue The resultant report should look professional and consist of 1. Building Details 2. Introduction 3. Fire Compliance Issues Identified (to include issue, preferred option & alternative option) 4. Negative Impact of not carrying out the work 5. Benefits of carrying out the work via the preferred option The Consultants name should be at the end of the report
