Hi, I'm an engineer in Canada with experience in using the Node MCU. I am assuming your node is flashed already and can be programmed using the Arduino IDE. Please give me a better description of the project and the desired outcome, because I'm wondering what you mean by "piezo or a similar analog vibration sensor", since I'm assuming piezo is for sound generation/output and vibration is an input device. I can do this project for you and will charge you a minimal amount as I'm a big hobbyist as well. Let me know if you want that connected to the internet/iot cloud, etc. and I can do that for you as well. Good luck.

According to the description you're hiring an embedded system developer to program a development board using the Arduino IDE. The requested code must interact with the aforementioned piezo vibration sensor and trigger an animation on the LED strip based on the intensity or frequency of the sensor input. In the past I have developed similar circuits for visualizing music input from microphones in real time so this project, as described, should not pose any difficulty to me. First we start by testing the sensor output and imagining what the LED strip should output based on the input of the sensor. Then I continue developing the requested algorithm that will trigger the LED effects and when you're satisfied with the result the project is finished.
