Write some Shopify Code For Product Page

I have an app that allows me to have tabs under my product description. I can select Heading H5 and type the word Size Chart and it will make a new called Size Chart, then I got enter whatever information I want in and Shopify automatically makes a size chart tab. Please look at pictures SIze 1 and Size 2 so you know exactly what I am referring too. I want to be able to do the same thing maybe using H6 or another code, so that in my product description I can add stars at the top of the product description. For instance, I could write 4.5STAR11 and at the top it would show 4 and a half stars based on 11 reviews.
