Blockchain Developer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Blockchain Developer to join our team on an innovative project. The goal of the project is to establish the rules of a blockchain-based community where members will earn tokens based on the tasks they perform. These tokens will allow them to have greater influence within the community. The Tokenized Community Project is an innovative initiative that aims to create a blockchain-based community where members earn tokens according to the tasks they complete. These tokens will grant them increased influence within the community, fostering a merit-based ecosystem that encourages participation and collaboration. By leveraging blockchain technology and smart contracts, the project ensures transparency, security, and trust among its members, while empowering individuals to have a direct impact on the community's growth and decision-making processes. Responsibilities: - Design and implement a blockchain solution that enables the creation and distribution of tokens based on tasks performed by community members. - Collaborate with the team to define community rules and structures, ensuring system security and transparency. - Develop and implement smart contracts that manage token allocation and distribution, as well as the influence of members within the community. - Monitor and optimize the performance of the blockchain platform to ensure scalability and system stability. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the blockchain platform and smart contracts. Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in developing blockchain-based solutions, preferably in projects related to communities or tokenization. - Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or similar. - Experience in designing and implementing smart contracts. - Strong understanding of security and cryptography principles in blockchain. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment. - Experience with Polygon is highly required. - Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required. - Candidates living in Latin America are preferred but not required.
