IVR reporting using data from MS SQL DB. Need to produce a report that shows (a) total number of calls to ivr (b) total calls that made it all the way through the ivr (c) total calls that dropped out before making all the way through and (d) tally of each individual points where the calls dropped out of the ivr.
## Deliverables
I've attached the database logs that we get from the IVR providers database that we need to create the report from. Just need the report generated and emailed to specific individuals on a daily basis.
