Registration form on a Symfony website

We have a registration form Whan a user register and then log-in he have to fill a form to publish an ad But now we want to change this process with a different form to create an ad and finally the registration, all in a step-by-step wizard responsive Please, see attached document for details. Wi will provide you the psd and images You can see a video with better explanation: [login to view URL] We need after click on Publicar button on profile, appear newly the wizard to publish an ad, but without the last registration step, but showing 100% on progress bar on the last screen. Notes: Title and Description must me limited on length, 50 chars title and 255 chars description. We need to add a new field to add the image of ad on 3rd step (you can see how we are putting an image now on profile, using load image with cutting tool).
