Cisco Router CCNA - Give Priority to traffic based on source IP

Hi All,
My dad works for a very small charity/NFP and I am trying to give him a hand with some networking issues.
They have a small internet pipe 50Mbps, and everynow and then they have a online conference/video broadcast and they experience drops outs due to other users network activity, as well as their guest network.
I am hoping someone might be able to help me with the coding required to setup QOS on a Cisco 1900 Router where priority is given to traffic from a selected number of IP addresses or small subnet.
On the cisco router, there is the Wan port GI0/0, and the Lan port GI0/1
Lan Interface IP is [login to view URL]
My plan is to carve off a small portion of the lan for example [login to view URL] for the high priority Video Broadcasts Devices.
So on the Cisco Router, I just want to say give priority to any traffic to / from [login to view URL], over all other traffic.
NOTE: Also looking for someone which is able to provide ongoing support and assistance.
