I am in the process of renting a commercial property in the UK. I have negotiated the heads of terms at a rent of £7k pa for a lease term of 7 years. I need some legal help on making sure the commercial lease agreement drawn up by the landlords solicitor fulfills what I need. Funds are very tight. Therefore, I need to keep my legal costs to a minimum. I need a solicitor who is familiar with UK commercial property law. I am looking at placing the work over the next week, as I have just received the draft contract from the landlords solicitor. Therefore the legal negotiations need to start fairly soon.
