This clerical role requires someone with strong computer, communication and organizational skills to work with documents, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the construction project team. 100% of the job will be done online. You will be provided with access to project's cloud storage for work Job description includes : 1. keeping track of important project documents like project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts and drawings; 2. creating reports, TQR, MST, MSA and other required documents for construction managers; 3. keeping documentation safe and backed up; 4. performing data entry tasks when project documents need updates. 5. distributing project documents to managers, vendors and team members; 6. converting paper documents to an electronic format; 7. keeping files organized by project; 8. documenting meetings and uploading documents to the web. Requirements : 1. must be working on Upwork on full time basis 2. must be available anytime required 3. can communicate and work efficiently 4. be able to work and produce documents in short turnaround time 5. fluency in written and spoken English 6. good skills with PDF, Words, Excel and Dropbox 7. must have at least 5 years experience in construction project document control 8. explain the basic document types in your application otherwise you will be disqualified Thanks.

I've worked with various nationalities in several projects in the middle east and in my country, and the very first thing I keep in mind is the access of pertinent documents to which to set everything before i could manage the project. In this sense, pertinent documents can be managed and references to various construction activities are well taken care of. As the Engineer, an added task is created to ensure that important documents are well tracked. This includes, project plans, blue prints, drawings, site instructions, variation orders, RFI's, Minutes of Meetings, incoming and outgoing letters, materials lists, vendors lists and other related documents. Most of these documents are raw files which can be converted to PDF or related imaging softwares compatible to the user needs and can be viewed in basic Adobe programs and online apps to ensure efficient and in real time access. In addition, the pdf files can be combined or converted to Word and Excel to allow views on various formats. I can provide technical support in the convertion of these files as well as sharing it to Drop Box or Google drives or company cloud services. Last but not the least, i have an experience in actual project construction, and these basic documents are essential for every stake holders of which these basic requirements could easily be undestood and provided.
