NEED SOMEONE TO WRITE A CATALOG & BROCHURE:
Write technical content for a small (start-up) engineering design and scientific research firm. The content is to be included it in a catalog and also to be used stand alone. It should cover the following services:
- Computer Aided Design
- Computer Aided Engineering
- Computer Aided Manufacturing
- Digital Prototyping
>> For computer aided design (CAD), we use Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360 (AutoCad is also available but we try to use Inventor) but if it is not software specific then it's better. We have a brand new plotter HP T730 as well (to include a picture of a plotter would be nice)
>> For computer aided engineering (CAE), we can use Autodesk Inventor and fusion 360, Autodesk CFD, MATLAB, software developed in-house for each project, COMSOL multiphysics and ANSYS multiphysics/workbench but if we can avoid mentioning specific software the better.
>> For computer aided manufacturing, we have 3D pinting capabilities and a desktop CNC machine. Both can be used for rapid prototyping and low production manufacturing. A desktop metal 3D printer might be acquired in the next few months so it might be included.
For digital prototyping, we have the Autodesk family of products, MATLAB and Simulink, COMSOL and we can acquire other software as well or develop it in-house. Total 4 to 8 pages as printing is in both sides of the paper but 4 pages of content minimum. High quality images and a stylish design is required. You should work independently and with minimum assistance. You are responsible for the basic design and full content. Only the firm logo will be provided.
Deliverables:
- Files in original format. You can use any software you want to do the job but we require the original files in case we need to modify them in the future.
Time frame: URGENT (less than 3 days).
Bonus: A bonus will be paid depending on the quality of the work.
