I am looking for someone to do lead generation (after getting my guidance about target demographic) and telesales to sell music licenses from my company Artisound. Artisound sells music to be synched to video and provides high quality format of music as well as the PDF licence upon purchase. Cost per conversion is £50 although £25 (50%) goes to the artist. I will provide you also with a promotional discount code that takes off £10 (20%) for the telesales pitch. I see you work on an hourly basis, but it this something you would be interested in discussing a commission deal? i can provide export of the back end of e-commerce to show what sales have been coming in (and those with your discount code associated). I would like to find a long term relationship with a good telesales professional to generate good leads and conversions for Artisound. Artisound has a few USP's also including the fact how we provide a high quality .WAV format version of every track and that artists receive 50% of all licences as we have the ethical philosophy of rewarding the artist fairly (usually they get around 20%) [login to view URL]
