Create Gif Animations with story script given

We are looking for someone to turn a story into a series of gif cartoon animation to encourage young children’s creativity (4-10 years old). There will be 11 gif animations required. Below is an example of 1 gif animation's script. Each script is very short 50-80 words. Key requirements are to - make the "story" interesting and appealing to young children, - highlight and emphasize the question at the end which we will ask students to come up with answers - no right or wrong.
