Hi, I'm 3d generalist and using 3ds max for about 10 years. I've read the detail information regarding the model from the turbosquid link you share here and I think I can do the animation job. In this bid I put 14 days to finish the job just for the estimation only. It's because I've worried about the render time. The model already has pretty decent texture to be rendered with little setup but I think it need more after you give more detail of final result you expected like will it be compose with other footage? what mood will you expected, day or night? More detail information that add later could effect the render time.
