I am looking for an experienced designer that can create several different designs to choose from for a pastry/cafe/breakfast venue. The primary purpose for the design is to be implemented into a presentation. Critical: - Warm and welcoming look and feel - Wood themed - The entrance shall include a small baking section for display purposes for a specific baked item which I will disclose once project has been awarded - Realistic model - Natural lighting and/or Partial Amber lighting - Open room concept (high ceiling windows) - Long open counter for pastries - Large display of various coffee and menu items - Various seating arrangements (shared tables, double and 4 people table, etc, no booths) - A coffee bar section somewhere in the back with high-top stools - Outside seating to be implemented as well - High ceiling - Creative ceiling design - Plants and other greens to be implemented - Creative intricate details (walls, paintings, lamps, plants, bar details, hanging designs & Lighting, et cetera) - NOT looking for the loft or excessive modern look and also NOT the looking for old traditional look - Detailed design of the different sections (entire room, cafe bar, pastry counter and checkout) This design will only be used in a presentation for investors, landlords, et cetera This is also not a dine in type venue, but a self service over the counter cafe that will include pastry, baked goods, and an assortment of various coffees and flavors.
