Hi, I took my time and studied the icooker slicer.I went through couple of videos as well. As my understanding the blade must be detachable. From the images its not clearly visible. Apart from that I can model you the exact one. For the blade I will use a slider guide to lock it inside. It seems to be a simple work for me.I will provide you a Solidworks model and rendered images of the product. I can provide you an excellent output for this spiral slicer product. Regards, Nimesh
