Chelsea Flower Show garden design

The attached 'guide' is going to be probably difficult to figure out. I'm happy to meet and discuss if that's the case. I don't know if you're familiar with the film Moulin Rouge but we want to use realistic images from the film in the design. To clarify, the items in the drawing are: A hedge at the back. The front of an Indian themed elephant coming out the front. A swing with climbing roses going up the ropes. The centre piece is the pink windmill with a spiral staircase next to it leading to an upper deck of floristry. A number of top hats filled with flowers and corset shapes made from plants. These are the show guidelines: Master plan – 2D plan showing the garden from above, to scale and annotated with key elements of the design Setting out plan – 2D black and white plan showing the main elements of the garden and key dimensions e.g. path widths, spot heights, water dimensions Perspective drawing(s) – showing key views of the garden including the views into the garden that visitors will see Section elevations – showing excavation depths and key heights, including the RHS regulated depths and heights, shown as a line drawn on the section elevations for comparison Preliminary planting plan with key structural plants accompanied by a separate list of plants – this does not have to be a final definitive list, but needs to be a good indication of plants to be used. You may also include plant mood boards Construction drawings – Construction drawings should be supplied at application stage for buildings, walls and any load bearing construction details.
