Hi, I am a freelancer engineer working on creating housing architectural layout; Floor plans, elevations, sections; Structural plans: Roof plans, rafters, wall stud, beams, post, wooden floor joist, wooden decks and foundation. My client send me sketches, photos, dimensions and drawing plans of their house that is subject for conversion, extension and addition of their proposed plans. I also create plumbing plans, electrical plans. Hvac not so much. My tools are google sketchup, autocad 2015, revit 2015 to create 2d and 3d drawings. These drawing package will be submitted for approval in their respective city. Additional fee is charged for the revisions. My work experience in doing online works started last 2010. As of now, I’ve been dealing with clients and waiting for work available. I am doing this to increase my earnings to support my family and Hoping for a chance to get work here. Thanks..
