We are looking to get 3D renderings for the interior design of the attached floor plan. Following are the requirements: 1. Budget- The total budget for interior designing is Rs.2mn including the furniture. The interior design should take into consideration all materials costs including the furniture. (Be sure to include the cost estimates of your proposed design, based on Mumbai,India market rates if possible.) 2. 3DLayout visualization and a custom floor plan. Note that the 3D rendering should show both the fixtures and furniture. 3. Laundry List of Furniture- Would appreciate if the interior designer could provide the links of popular websites (like flipkart,amazon etc) to purchase the furniture. 4. Color codes of all the wall paints and vinyls etc to be used so that same can be purchased from market. We prefer the design to be modern and the overall theme should be cool. Candidates should provide past work samples. Please also let us know details of your proposal, such as the number of total renderings provided for the proposal amount. Thank you.
