I need 2, 3d buildings textured. Please keep in mind the instructions for them will be very specific because it needs to match the style of other buildings and it needs to be textured in a way that is optimized so it does not cause the game to slow down. The inside and the outside of the building needs to be textured. Seamless textures will be provided for you to use. Please see the attachment below for what the buildings look like. They are pretty big. Please say 'popcorn milkshakes' in your proposal so I know you actually read these instructions. Again it's not just about making the building look nice, you will be restricted by how many textures you can use and how big they can be so you need to be knowledgeable in making things as optimized as possible. Also, I will need to edit the model in Autodesk Maya, and so if you work in Blender or another program you need to make sure you import the model to scale and the UVs show up. (I have gotten models where the UVs disappear if I edit them or the model shows up really tiny) So make sure you are knowledgeable in that. Thanks.

popcorn milkshakes I`m an architect and computational designer, I have a Master in Parametric Design and Minor in Digital Fabrication from McNeel. .I can texture the model in Rhinoceros 3D with the images you provide using a UV Mapping to place them. The seamless textures you provide can be used for texturing and then apply displacement to create bump. Since it`s a building the units used will be meters in order to ensure that the scale doesn´t change when it´s imported to another program.

I will create uniform space for all the UV shells to avoid texture stretching. Also it will help to get a very Good Lightmap texture which is very crucial in UE4. Looking forward for reply.
