customer service rep needed (20 hours a week)

Please understand that this is a work for hire position and that you will be working as a freelancer. We are a small, yet growing online marketing firm looking for an all around customer support person to handle; * In and outbound phone orders and customer upselling * In and outbound customer support phone calls * Answering of customer support emails * Replying to customer support tickets submitted to our online support desk * Light office work such as filing paper work, computer work and data entry. * PLUS OTHER WORK TO FILL IN THE TIME WHEN OU ARE NOT ON THE PHONE OR ANSWERING SUPPORT EMAILS / TIKETS This is a great position for a responsible college student, or older individual or simply someone who is looking for easy work and short hours. You will be required to work 4 days a week; mon, tues, thurs, and fri from 12Noon to 5pm EASTERN TIME so in total 20 hours a week We primarily market and sell a variety of resources for individuals in the music industry so if you have any experience with the music "Biz" that would be a plus You must be; Honest Able to work alone Reliable (as in not someone who calls in every month... We've ben there) A fast learner as we work with a huge variety of computer programs as well as introduce a nice variety of new products which you'll be required to learn in order to effectively communicate it's usefulness to the customer Skills & Experiences Needed: ? Must have excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. ? Must be a hands-on/ team-player with an attitude toward tackling tactical and strategic work. ? Must have the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously. ? Must have a comprehensive knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint Word.
