Partner for our web agency - I

We are exporting the services of our web agency to other countries and therefore we are looking for collaborators who speak (preferably) Italian but mainly another language. Our web agency sells and deals mainly with the creation of websites, e-commerce, apps, social media etc and our rates range from €500 to €5000. We are willing to give the new resource 30-40% of the aforementioned sales. The employee will not receive a fixed sum, he will earn on the basis of the revenue generated. It is a serious and lasting work, not a simple collaboration: the partner we are looking for will be our sales manager in the area of his competence and the profit margins are very high; we have already create a partial sales team and found some people (in another geographical area) who are already enjoying excellent results, that's why we decided to expand. No special skills are required, all you need is commitment and ability to procure projects and customers (how and where we will choose together). Stiamo esportando i servizi della nostra web agency in altri paesi e quindi cerchiamo collaboratori che parlino (preferibilmente) italiano ma soprattutto un'altra qualsiasi lingua. La nostra agenzia web vende e si occupa principalmente di realizzazione siti web, e-commerce, app, social media etc e le nostre tariffe vanno dai 500 ai 5000€. Siamo disposti a dare alla nuova risorsa il 30-40% delle sopracitate vendite. Il collaboratore non riceverà una somma fissa, guadagnerà in base alle revenue generate. E' un lavoro serio e duraturo, non una semplice collaborazione: la figura che cerchiamo sarà il nostro responsabile commerciale nella zona di sua competenza ed i margini di guadagno sono molto elevati; abbiamo già messo su una parziale squadra e trovato delle persone (in un'altra area geografica) che già stanno riscuotendo ottimi risultati, ecco perché abbiamo deciso di espanderci. Non sono richieste particolari competenze, tutto ciò che serve è impegno e abilità nel saper procacciare progetti e clientela (come e dove lo stabiliremo insieme).
