Multi level testing- I will offer you; Honestly speaking that is really not possible for any developer to physically check the responsiveness on every hard devices. Now a days there are so many devices with different different screen resolution and configuration. But I am proposing you with the most used hard devices, testing with simulator and with Browser Stack compatibility. My planning is as follows:- I have most popular devices with me; like iPhoneX, iPhone6S, iPhone7, Macbook Air, Macbook Pro , iPad and commonly used android devices like 320 (until 5.5 inch), 480 ( 5.5 inch but HD) , 600 ( 7 inch) 720 ( 10 inch tab). Second level of testing will go with Simulator. After I make adjustment over simulator, I will tell you. Then you will check on various devices over there. I mean you will be able to monitor the whole things. At last level of responsiveness testing, I will You can treat this as our personal cloud of physical mobile and tablet devices, instantly available for mobile browser testing. It is constantly updated with the latest and greatest of Android and ios devices like iPhone, Nexus, Samsung galaxy etc . I am pretty sure on the said process, I will overcome the responsive issues- 100%. But as you using bootstrap, it is default responsive. So I am in doubt whether anything is HACKED from your application or any other issue with coding. I need to check it. Please share your application code-base. May be need to apply changes on coding part also.
