Video Editor For Digital Marketing/Tech YouTube Channel

I am looking for a good video editor to edit videos for me on a weekly basis. BUDGET IS PER VIDEO Here are the items I have or will provide for each video: - raw talking head footage recorded on my Canon 800D - audio recorded separately to the video in some cases - recorded b-roll where necessary, - an Epidemic Sounds subscription - StoryBlocks Subscription (if you do not have one) - Final Cut Pro Transitions, effects and title animations - Dropbox for file storage and commentary - Asana/Notion to manage projects and track progress on editing and production I am looking to grow my YouTube channel and need someone long term who can dedicate a few hours a week to editing and uploading the video to YouTube for me.
