Create running man animation (music video)

I need an animation as similar as possible to the attached reference video. The overall look, the man, the background and the running should be as similar as possible BUT 1. I don't want the two orange LED bars in the background. 2. The transitions from running sideways (left to right) to running upfront camera angle and then back to sideways (right to left) should be seamless. 3. The man should stand first and then starts running accelerating speed, making turns and then slowly stopping again. 4. On top of that, some funny ideas such as the man running leaning backwards or jumping, stumbling or something similar would be a great bonus. 5. The music in the background will be 128 beats per minute techno genre (I don't need the music). The overall look should be minimalistic and a bit vintage. Maybe this can be done with some filters at the end to give it an old feel to it. Thanks
