REQUIREMENTS:
1) Skype account ready for video chat
2) Fluent italian and english speaking&writing. Russian is a plus for candidate.
3) Telephone conversation ready (IP Phone based solution will be supplied to worker so she can call local italian numbers.)
4) Computer software applications: Microsoft Windows Word, Excel
5) Excellent interpersonal communication skills & a great attitude
6) Skill in following oral and written instructions
7) Skill in adapting to changes in work load demand
JOB DUTIES:
1) provide information from established policies to owners, guests, and general public; maintain security and confidentiality.
2) Provide excellent service with telephone etiquette, screen calls, respond to inquiries and/or refer callers as required.
3) Process mail/email that may require attaching related correspondence or information before forwarding; identify priority and/or time sensitive matters.
4) Perform required check-in/check-out process for Hotels, Flight tickets etc.
5) Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance department, Local
6) Work with and respond to various individuals, vendors, and agencies to address and resolve complaints, concerns and problems requiring a good understanding of the subject matter; research material from various sources.
7) Provide information and documents requests to realtors and owners.
8) Compose, draft, proofread, edit, copy, collate, and distribute documents and correspondence
9) Provide assistance to owners for searching information online in italian language.
Other Duties
Because of the small size of the staff, each employee is expected to perform a wide range of office and field duties outside her/his normal representative duties, as may be required
