Hello, as a full time employee working on a side project, I have less and less time to properly organize my digital data. I would like a virtual assistant to help me de-clutter and re-organize my mail boxes. Existing experience in e-mail handling might be a plus. We cab communicate either in French or English, but you would be require to have a full reding proficiency in full languages as I used them both in my e-mails.

Hello! I am an expert in GTD methodology, specially when applied to mail management. I led time & mail management courses for P&G in 6 different countries using Microsoft Outlook platform. I can organize your inbox, folders, rules and provide you guidelines to keep your system clean and more effective. No speak french, can barely read it, but given that principles are the same, I have been able to help people from many other different languages only communicating in English. I am a native French speaker from France and I currently live in an English speaking province in Canada, I read, write and speak both languages. I work a lot with emails so I understand your problem. Maybe we can set some rules to redirect emails to specific directories based on the subject, body, sender, etc.

I have 18 months professional work experience in email handling. I worked for a background screening company in the UK as an incoming administrator for 18 months, before taking on a new role within the company. My main task was to process emails received from clients and candidates promptly, and to ensure that the inbox remained organised. I am a very diligent worker giving paramount importance to finishing any project by the deadline. I am very fluent in and passionate about french and english and spend a lot of my time in a day reading books and magazines in both the languages. I am a software professional who works with emails everyday for at least an hour. So, I am aware of all the mail recipient applications. I have also completed my DELF A1 and A2 certificates which are accredited by the Ministry of Education, France and am undergoing DELF B1 course which is an advanced course in French.
