PA, Customer Service, Telemarketing/ very easy cold calls, Web research and more

Good day to you, I have a very exciting opportunity for someone to join with us, and Australian based IT company, to help further the market push for three of our online businesses. The tasks will be very similar to what a freelancer on here has listed on their profile, which are: - Customer Support (Phone/Chat/Email) - Helpdesk Management (Kayako / Zendesk) - none of this yet - Telemarketing (Appointment Setting and Survey) - Article writing - Email Handling - Virtual Assistance - Online/Offline data entry - Transcription - no transcription either - Web Research - Project Management To give you some more precise information, we are after a talented, enthusiastic employee to work approximately 25-30 hours a week, across Monday to Saturday. As there will be phone calls involved, you will need to be able to be at work during Australian business hours, which I believe are GMT +10, and +11 during our daylight savings period. All three businesses are in the same market space, so there is a lot of cross-over between them and you will get to know this segment pretty well. :) The role will more specifically involve: - Calling retail stores and other business owners - Answering inbound email inquiries, across the three businesses - Sending marketing emails to prospects - Monitoring, managing and posting to our Twitter and Facebook accounts - Live chat support and - Writing articles on topics relevant to the businesses - There will probably be other duties coming up as time goes on While this will start off as a purely hourly rate of pay, as you progress, and yoru efforts bring in more sales, we will certainly add some rewards for your efforts on that front, as well as performance bonuses for the other areas of your work. If you know SEO, there will certainly be work in this area for you as well, but this isn't as important as the above areas of work. I have invited someone to this project, who I think will be a great fit, so I am very excited to learn about those of you who can fill this position and grow with us.
