We are seeking a highly capable and professional personal assistant based in Malaysia to assist us in communicating effectively with our suppliers in China. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong attention to detail. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international team and contribute to our company's success. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. Exceptional translation and interpretation skills are crucial for effective communication. Cultural Understanding: Familiarity with Chinese business etiquette, customs, and cultural nuances to ensure smooth interactions and build strong relationships with suppliers. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters. Experience: Prior experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using various communication and productivity tools, including email, video conferencing, and project management software.
