Long-term virtual assistant for personal administration issues and projects

Being a freelancer myself and travelling extremely much worldwide, I search for a dedicated and skilled assistant to help with or preferably manage selfresponsably the following: - Personal projects (find people to participate / communication and evaluation) - Procure information, mostly in internet, and hand it over in a clear and summed up form - General account management / Permanent internet profile management * LinkedIn (profile up to date, communication to customers etc.) * Frequent flyer programs (claiming miles etc.) * Youtube * Airbnb (communication, data up-to-date) etc. * etc - Mailbox management (cleaning, communication, etc.) - Data storage (sort and order files) - Flight / Hotel booking - Communication to administration offices - All administration issues which come up - New challanges which come up Necessary: - Trustworty person - Honest person - Strongly dedicated worker - Responsible and independent worker - Selfresponsible self-educator - Sense for importance of details - Strong sense for order - Direct and honest way of communication - Ready to accompany bigger / longer projects - Good English - Confident handling of Internet - Confident handling of Microsoft Office, Google docs or Open Office and Dokument handling software - Own working computer with reliable internet connection and above mentioned software equipment Preferable: - Good German - Female - Student - At least 23 years old - From eastern Europe Looking for a long-term co-working relation. The working time is estimated to fluctuate around 10h per week, hourly payed. The workload strongly depends on how satisfactory and selfdependently the assistant is completing issues. Based on further experience of co-working a different agreement suiting everybody can be made.
