Hi we need someone to help with our application for my Thai partner who is on a visitor visa which ends on July 13. She is pregnant with our child and we intend to marry in a few months. Midwife will support letter to the safety of nida and baby not flying as 3 months ago needa flew home and had a miscarriage in Thailand all evidence supported at doctors in Thailand. We have been quoted £2300 solicitor fees for the full Process of application on human rights to keep nida in the country outside immigration rules to the point of our marriage and baby born. Application costs advised to home office £1500 plus bi metric fees £0-£200 approx
