Community for Youth ([url removed, login to view]) is seeking to upgrade its current database, which only tracks donations. See please specs below for our needs, and please visit the website for more information. This auction will be up for 30 days. The winning bid's amount and referral/resources will be presented to the Board of the organization. General 1. Provides an overall intuitive interface 2. Ability to quickly access a holistic view of all interactions with contacts (communications, gifts, program participation, event attendance, etc.) 3. Validates data upon entry (for defined fields) 4. Provides keyboard shortcuts 5. Utility for archiving old records 6. Ability to overwrite auto created data (addresses/mailing names) 7. Ability to define data defaults 8. Ability to customize drop-down lists Constituent Management 1. Ability to maintain individual and organization records 2. Ability to categorize contact records by type(s) (for individuals – mentor, potential mentor, volunteer, board member, student etc., for organizations – foundation, corporation, vendor, etc.) 3. Ability to create links between individuals to identify relationships (i.e. spouse, brother, etc.) 4. Ability to create links between individuals and organizations to identify relationships (i.e. employee, board member, etc.) 5. Ability to link individuals into households for mailings 6. Ability to create custom reports 3. Reports can be exported to standard format such as Excel 4. Filter records based on mailing preferences (do not solicit, etc.) 5. Reports to monitor campaign progress 6. Report on the percent of income received broken out by category (foundations, corporations, events, etc.) 7.
