Amazon API using msaccess 2003 vba to get order data

We are looking for help to write MS Access 2003 VBA code to access Amazon web services and submit an API to get the order information for a specific order. I can write basic vba to build the post strings but need help writing the signing code. We also need a means to store the results into a file to be read.
