This is a simple addition to the existing macro. All the programmer has to do is maintain a list of all the different people to whom a cycle has been assigned and for each such person A) keep track of how many minus points have so far been assigned to that person and B) what color has been assigned to that person. Doing this should not require additional passes through the file. These additional steps should be done during one of the programs existing passes through the file.
