VB6 project - use Cyrillic characters in saved file name

I'm scraping a site with lots of file names that use Cyrillic characters. I need a small VB6 project that will: Get the Cyrillic file name from a page (I'll send you an example page) Save (or rename) an MP3 from that page using the original Cyrillic characters. I can find the appropriate link & download the file - it's the file naming I'm stuck on. e.g. Curbi - Discharge (Original Mix) скачать бесплатно песню и слушать онлайн.mp3 wrongly saves as: Curbi - Discharge (Original Mix) ñêà÷àòü áåñïëàòíî ïåñíþ è ñëóøàòü îíëàéí.mp3 The project may well need to use a Windows API call as VB6 doesn't have native controls that understand foreign character sets. I don't want to buy any controls just for this project but am happy using free ones if they're available.
