Web Developer required for bespoke CMS platform

Hi all, I am looking for someone who fits the following criteria: 1. You are available for freelance work full-time (not just evenings & weekends) 2. You have very good experience building bespoke CMS's using a MVC framework such as CodeIgniter, Symfony or Laravel 3. You have previous experience working on saas cloud based platforms and applications 4. You can provide some recent examples of bespoke CMS builds 5. You can provide testimonials and references (references will be checked before project commences) 6. You can provide expertise and recommendations in the above areas where my knowledge might be limited A brief overview of the project... I would like to build a bespoke cloud based CMS platform to sell web design packages to my customers. The CMS would reside on a cloud server, offering customers access to their own website/account via the central platform. Any updates or improvements to the core CMS would then need to roll out across the board for all customers. I'm looking for one platform that can manage many, many websites. It would need to be very secure, flexible and scalable. Initially the CMS will be fairly basic in terms of features, mainly allowing the customers to edit their sites with inline editing. However once monthly revenue has been established I plan on adding extra features to the platform, such as adding e-commerce facility for customers to sign up for online shops. My own experience is primarily front-end development and opensource platforms such as MODx or ExpressionEngine. I would be able to provide all front-end templates for both the backed (CMS) as well as the main website used to sell the packages (which would be manageable via the same platform). So I am just looking for a very good backend developer. Please include your day rate to be considered. The project can be handled remotely, however if you are able to make the odd meeting in Kent (or are close to me near Rainhan, Kent) then all the better!
