Simple Report Portal with 6 reports (fast turn-around requested)

Simple report portal with 6 reports, user logs in (stored procedure call to authenticate) then calls stored procedure to get reports that can be run for that user. User clicks on report, show filter criteria and then call stored procedure to get result set. Portal should have common, reusable objects for parms and report viewer, with export, sort, filter, print capabilities (standard for major reporting tool). Should support multiple browsers including IE5, Chrome, FoxPro and Opera. Also need to be viewable from mobile device on mobile browser for run both Android and IOS. NOTE: This is not a mobile app, only a web portal, viewable on both web and mobile. Requirements: o Simple website using development tools of your choice. o Must have experience calling stored procedures to retrieve data (no inline SQL). o Must be able to do this quickly.
