Want to have a code running in my server that sends tweets from a twitter account to my telegram bot.

I don’t need such complicated bot system, I only need the Twitter function/code it uses to send tweets to channel.
This task doesn’t require a Twitter developer account access. It can can be done without it but not sure how. Via RSS?
I’d create one bot per channel. I have around 20 channels
