Appointment Setters/Lead Generation- Commission Only (budget correction)

-------------------- I need someone(s) to call businesses in the US, Canada, or UK and schedule telephone appointments regarding answering services and document processing services. Qualified candidates must have experience working in and with a call center. BS in Business or related field preferred. Must be able to think and react quickly to leads and be able to offer recommended solutions to their problems. Candidates must be able to speak clear English and understand English with little to no repeating. Appointments that are setup must have a confirmed date, time, and phone number and the lead must be aware of the services being offered. Appointments that are scheduled and do not meet the qualifications will not be counted. Each appointment set will pay $2* commission; paid weekly on Friday. Early payments will be awarded in the event that a certain number of appointments have been met before the ending pay period. Other individuals for the sale will follow up the appointments. In the event that a scheduled appointment results in a sale, a bonus will be awarded for 10% of the contract. Average sales figures for April totaled more than $15,000 USD so you can do the math. These bonuses are paid biweekly. The same rules regarding early payments apply to bonuses as well. * Leads can be provided by me or you can generate your own leads. Leads provided by me will lower the commission to $1 per appointment however bonus sales payouts will remain the same. -------------------------------- Lead Generation -------------------------------- I need individuals to generate quality, qualified, and interested leads to my site to fill out a form for additional information to be sent to them. Individuals are allowed to use any means necessary (as long as you DO NOT violate any Local, State, or Federal laws) such as web promotion, click through, telemarketing, etc. to drive the traffic. Form submissions will be validated to prevent fraud. Successful form submissions will be paid $0.25 per submission. Payments will be paid weekly on Friday. Early payouts will occur if certain quotas are met before schedule payout date. ----------------------------- Bid Requirements ----------------------------- Keep in mind that these are commission/pay-per-performance only projects. Please do not bid if you are looking for a set rate. Although the commission rates above are set, if you believe that you/your team can deliver outstanding results, then you are allowed to recommend a commission structure (Please use PM). Just remember, if you are picked for the project, you will be under greater scrutiny to succeed. Failure to maintain your commitments will result in receiving only 75% of the commissions set above.
