Summary
Using modern web technologies, convert the provided PSD mock-up into a well-coded, organized HTML document. The page must use CSS and be tableless. The page must render correctly and identically in Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox/Mozilla, Chrome and Safari. The page must be VERY search engine friendly, and must not use images containing text.
Requirements
