We are developing a web site for listing commerical property to lease. We require a designer to create a logo for our website and to turn the HTML pages we have created into a nice looking site. Suitable for demoing to customers. We DO NOT require any coding to be done, just graphic design. If you have the skills to make the HTML pages ASPX 2 pages with the header and footer in a common master page this would be best, as it will save us from cutting them up ourselves. Our primary concern is to hire the best designer so if you can’t do this you still have a chance. See the attachment for more details. Please submit samples of your past web design/logo work. The logo would should not take long. It will only be used on the web.

Our bid is for the design of your logo, design of your site layout in Adobe PhotoshopCS, mock-ups of your site layout in JPEG format, creation of a sitemap showing how your pages will relate to one another, PSD to HTML conversion of your home & other pages for all sample pages you provided in the attachment, a common stylesheet that can be used on all pages that will include comments within the css file that will explain what each style is for, and finally breadcrumb navigation. We will provide daily updates, as per your request, of pages we create so you can review and let us know of any changes you require. We do not have ASPX 2 skills, but are willing to learn if we need to.
