Webpage Design for App Development

I need someone to write a nice web page (just one) about how to go about getting their app on the app store's. My website sells app source code that buyers have to re-skin. I want to make a help page to give them a direction as where to turn. like for example, maybe the page title would be called "Whats next" or "How to get your new app on the app store". Step One: Find a good graphics designer, blah blah blah. Step Two: Re-skin your app, blah blah blah Step Three: maybe decide if you want to have a free version with ads or a paid version or whatever. I need someone that knows all the ins and outs and options that a person would have to get their new app re-skined and ready for the app store. So please do not bid if you dont know anything about it. Also, i think for some of the sections please have spots for me to have advertisers. Like for the Re-0skinning, im going to list a few re-skin people for them AND have a banner for one person that wants to pay for the banner spot. The same for the ads in the app. So under each section leave a spot for suggestion companies for the people to use. I also want some nice graphics so its not just one huge page of text. I want it to look inline with the rest of the site. Keep in mind it will be on a wordpress website so you do have the option for widgets also if needed.
