Wordpress or HTML site

Below are specifications and a few technical questions regarding the development of a wordpress website. Start of the project is not immediate, as I need to prepare the mockup first. Please estimate time for completion too, and price for either a wordpress template or just a static HTML site. SITE DESCRIPTION A personal portfolio website that list professional background and showcase past work. The entire site is completely static, with no slideshows, animation, etc. The site is password protected. The site has the following sections: 1. Landing page: Space to input password. 2. About: Introduction and CV. 3. Work: Overview of 6 past projects, each case study includes a written paragraph and a few images and embedded video files (streamed from [login to view URL]) 4. Contact: Contact information. WHAT'S REQUIRED Convert the flat design file to a WordPress template (or HTML) Upload the site to my host and connect to URL A FEW QUESTIONS 1. What are the limitations for using fonts on the site? My current preferred font is 'Avenir'. 2. I can supply the flat design file in PDF and Apple Keynote formats. I am not able to create a layered Photoshop file. Is that enough to be converted to WordPress template and used with a back office for updates? 3. What specifications should I use to create the flat design file? Document proportions, pixel, resolution, etc.
