I'm starting a business where I assist locals here in Kenya to import items from other countries. Suppliers have their own Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) and this sometimes is too high for one person to purchase and import by themselves. Therefore my task is to find a group of people to come together and reach desired MOQ. for example when an items is say 3$ and the MOQ is 100pieces. I can advertise and tell people the items is 3$ and the MOQ per person is 10pieces and target MOQ is 100pieces. So basically I will be looking for 10 people each taking 10pieces to achieve the target MOQ of 100 pieces. If I can find more than 10 people then the better for me. So I would like a system where I can get various supplier on board to post their products and where customers can come in and purchase. I already have a good number of suppliers with their products and pricelist and would like to start off with those items. This would be an e commerce site but with a key focus on the filling of the MOQs by various customers together so as to achieve the desired target MOQ.
