Build me a Task management website and related Android & iOS Apps.

I want to build a Real Estate Task management Website and its related apps (Android+iOS). There will be types of account for users. Basic, Gold and Premium with limited access to options in Gold, Some more accessible options in Premium and All options available in Platinum access. 1st We'll make web + Android versions then We'll go for iOS. There will be 2 types of accounts for users. 1: Admin 2: Employee Admins can add/remove employees in his team. Admin can make groups of different teams. Admins can remove entries of employees. Few of Main Functions: 1: Admin Add Buyers To do this he'll have to select following -City: (There will be city name buttons, he'll tap on 1 of them. No Drop Down list) then this appears -Society or Sector (these will be different as per above selection "City". Because some cities does not have sectors they have some other type e.g. blocks) -Then Society/sector names appear -Block/sector names appear -Range: From ______ to______ -Contact No.: _________ -Name: _______ -Submit * After submit: Submitter will get relevant selling list according to entered criteria. App will search property lists entered by this or other team members matching this requirement. same will happen if a user puts selling Entry, then He'll get buyers as per given criteria in the Task. -Task can be shares to any team member. in this case only relevant user can see that task. E.g. If I create a buyer task. enter all above mentioned things then I Submit & Share task to "Alexander" (a team member) then Only Alexander can see that buyer task and he can also see relevant selling properties/tasks entered by whole team. The basic job of this web/app to make pairs of buyers and sellers with similar values. So that it'll be easy for employees to make deals. -Alexander can Grab and drop any property on Buyer task to remember which property he coded to seller. Same can be done to seller tasks. ------------------------- In Basic account: Tasks/Deals can only be shared between team members. They can see properties entered by their team members only. Gold Account: If a user Adds SELLER Task then He'll get Potential Buyers relevant to his criteria & Price range from TEAM MEMBERS as well as from OTHER USERS OF THIS APP. Premium Account: Will tell later, for privacy and app security purpose. I'm not sharing some features here.
