Current website needs to be rebuilt from scratch (front-end, back-end, design and functionality) according to module requirements in attached document. I already picked out LMS Responsive WP theme, and plugins include BuddyPress/User Pro (member profiles, messaging), BigBlueButton (online tutoring sessions via virtual whiteboard), Sensei (online courses), Appointments+ (Calendar/Scheduling), WooCommerce (eShop), etc. I am a member of WPMU DEV, and they have 300+ plugins that we can download and customize to our needs if required. Objective is to complete requirements document as quickly as possible by customizing existing plugins, however if we cannot find a suitable plugin you may need to build a custom plugin from scratch. This includes 100% fully responsive website that works perfectly well on all PCs/Macs, laptops and mobile devices (all tablets and mobile phone browsers). The current version does not work well on mobile (especially in regards to menu bar and navigation). This also includes A/B testing and all bug fixes plus at least 6 months of (free) support afterwards. You will be using PHP, HTML/CSS and MySQL DB to install site into my [login to view URL] hosting provider with WordPress. We will also need a mobile app that contains 100% of the functionality of the website, but in a simpler and easier to use UI/UX within the app. So a student can edit their profile on the website, update it on the mobile app, or begin messaging a tutor on the site and then continue where they left off on the mobile app (i.e., the app and site work seamlessly together). After the site and app development are complete, we would need SEO/internet marketing services. Our goal is to finish website development by end of March 2015, finish mobile app development by end of April 2015 (publish in Google Play store first, then later in Apple App store), and aggressively market site/app on internet in April/May.
