Your natural way are Microsoft´s platform. No problem if it is do in MySQL Database. MS SQL Express is an option for you, depending upon the volumen in data. I suggest VB.NET because the Macros and scripts in VBA with business rules would be re-used in new development. Hi, I downloaded the excel file, I can't resize the window (make it fullscreen) for some reason but I saw the "system" you have and the tables. I can convert this to a web based application, it would be a simple CRUD (Create,Read,Update,Delete) system actually, nothing too difficult. Since you disabled the macros I can't really understand the functions behind but I can assure you that the web application (php+mysql) can easily replicate any excel project and improve it, make it faster, scalable and module based (if you want). That's how I would proceed: I'll need a detailed explanation of how it works. Any expectations about the new system you want? I'll create a flowchart detailing the functions of the new database and I'll then start coding. Simple. What else can be done: I can make it work only on your computer (localhost) installing a software that would replicate the webserver on your computer. I can make it accessible for multiple users, giving different sets of permissions to every user group. I can make it export any table, row, query results or all the database in a .csv format, that you can open with excel. And a lot of other functions you might need.
