Convert a magento Template into Website (Template redesigning)

Hello Freelancers..!! Greetings..!! I need a Magento template to be customized as per my requirements. I have the basic thought and also will provide you with certain reference and competitors websites. I would like to mention about my broad requirements- 1) I need the home page redesigned with catchy and appealing yet simple look. It should have large icons/tiles for each of our product category and blogs along with a basic filtering functionality. 2) A fresh design/redesign of the Product Listing page This page will contain the list of all the products as per the filtering options provided by the user on the Home page. All the items should be displayed in wide tiles format and grid format along with filtering (much detailed than the Home Page) option on the left pane or top bar. An advertising and Blog(tile) space should be on the right of the screen 3) A fresh design/redesign of the Product Details page A reference/competitor page will be provided. A better, more appealing and interactive design is required than the competitors/reference sites. 4) A fresh design/redesign of the Blogs Home Page This page will contain the Link to all the blogs on the website. The page should preferably look like a news website page(Open to Other better designs also) 5) A fresh design/redesign of the Blogs (compete article page) This page will have the complete article. Should have advertising spaces, links to other blogs etc. We would first need psd, then HTML design, then integration with the current website, final u and running of the website with data properly flowing from back end to front end. Ensure that when products will be uploaded from the back end they should start appearing on the front end. Check by uploading at least 20 different products. Also ensure any/all details being modified at he back end should be immediately reflected on the front end. I want some really good freelancer to take up the job. Just to ensure that you have read all the requirements add "Magento Template Fixing Job" at the beginning of your Proposal. All the pages should be designed in sync with a common theme. The design should be responsive and all the changes should be done in the basic css file of the template thus allowing the future possibilities for addition of more pages with similar look and feel. We would also need all the code. More details will be discussed with shortlisted freelancer. I want someone to deliver these requirements with 3-5 days maximum in minimum cost.
