Convert a page design from JPG to WordPress using Avia Layout Builder of the theme ENFOLD

We have a WordPress website which uses the theme ENFOLD. We have designed a page in Photoshop and have in JPG format. We want the design to be converted to a WordPress page which is compatible with our theme ENFOLD. Please only bid if you're: 1. Familiar with the page designer of Enfold and have used it before 2. Have access to a test WordPress website AND Enfold theme to create the page on. We can't give you access to create the page on our site. Once the job is done, we will need the page exported in a way that we can import into WordPress. We will then change the copy and will replace the images / logos etc. ourselves. The converted page does NOT need to be pixel perfect, but as close to the JPG design as possible. The fonts in the JPG designs are Arial, but please use Open Sans. The design is mobile first, for desktop and tablets, the format and design should be the same, only the should be wider. Any questions please feel free to ask.
