The platform will utilize a custom, interactive platform (both live & Pre-recorded feature options, ability to toggle between live & pre-recorded content within a singular event and include:
- hosting multiple event simultaneously
- showcase logos/graphic elements within home screens and breakouts (a skin that can be altered for each event)
-flow between a webinar view (only speakers) and participants view (all participants)
-host multiple rooms: general sessions, breakouts, networking, etc with ability to flow seamlessly
-polling & chat features desired to promote interaction
-ability to host up to 1,000 participants at a time
-technological capability to capture unique identifiers for all event registrations and attendees, along with participation metrics
-ability to support client's direct access to timely, if not real time, registration, attendee and participation metric data.
