Developer & Designer needed for a Learndash LMS WordPress website with graphic design expertise

Looking for a Web Web designer with graphic design expertise. Project is expected to be started ASAP and expected to be completed soonest possible. The candidate should have experience with; -LMS especially with Learndash, moodle and other LMS and know all functionalities. -Great knowledge about UI/UX will be PLUS as candidate should know the proper wireframe. -Is an expert in landing pages and sales pages -Can also custom WordPress core theme and other customization -Should have deep knowledge about SEO -Should know optimization of websites and migration of domain especially with hosting of dreamhost and namecheap -Having profound skills in Graphic design, video editing  will be a PLUS - Have skills with clickfunnel, wpprofitbuilder, salesforce- Have sales knowhow -Have the ability to work under pressure and fast in tasks will be a plus. We have divided our project in 3 phase; PHASE 1: Our website is an existing website 1) We are using Learndash LMS. We have several courses in which we want to implement two payment systems for each course. E.g (a) 1st: one-time payment (b) 2nd: Payment facility with 10% deposit for the 1st month. As we have 8 modules then 1 module will be released upon deposit made. The rest of the 7 modules will be released and drip feed upon monthly payment received. ** Some courses have 4 chapters instead of modules. Courses are already divided, it just needs to be cross-verified. for the courses we need to receive monthly payment then release another module upon payment received on learndash. We have already integrated API paypal and stripe. It is in sandbox box. Once the payment system is ready with the second payment then we can make payment live. PAHSE 2: - We need to make sure if coupons and affilliates programs are working -We need to set emails again properly and receive emails via google. Currently, we are using thunderbird to receive emails from the website. -For google leads and mails we also connected mailchimp but we need to verify if its working and how we will use it - In Learndash we need to improve the UI/UX for students. We need to cross verify if students are able to access their dashboard and the same goes for instructors. - We need to get the process flow such as; Student purchasing course> Checkout page>upsells other course> downsells>thank you> receipt, welcome email with username and password(option, if they can change password, is working) - We need to add Recaptcha in login sections, optin sections to avoid spam and hacking. -We need to add an attractive exit pop up, client purchase bot trick as you can see in the 2nd link above, need to re adjust our fonts like in first link above -We are using cartflow but it needs to be improved. -We need to make a system once student do the payment he will have to update his profile with a registration form where he will have to add his ID copy etc. PHASE 3 -All our pages of our websites need to be a landing page (except blogs) -Needs beautifully design graphics improvement,picture manipulations, and use of colors rightly in the website. -Optimize the website (Remove unnecessary plugins,pages & other stuff) test website and launch -We need to transfer domains from Dreamhost to namecheap Can you do all?
